Spring 2016: How to Style a Bohemian Outfit

   
I think spring has sprung in the Puget Sound. We've  had some balmy temps and bright sunny days this past week. It was perfect weather for a photoshoot on the waterfront here on the peninsula.

Retro 1970's fashion is hot again for spring, and from what I hear this trend is not leaving anytime soon!  Fringe, suede, bell bottom pants, peasant tops, and dresses are easy to find these days.  Since I  grew up during the "groovy" decade, I am stoked I can wear all these digs again!

The fringed bag, I am obsessed with!  It also came from New Chic and is the perfect accessory to pair with this dress.  As Michael Kors says: "Accessories are the exclamation point of a woman's outfit."

Speaking of accessories- don't forget the shoes!  Oh yes and like most girls...I have just a "few" pairs hanging around, and had to dig hard to find some! You can style this outfit with booties for the cooler temps, and then pull out the sandals when it warms up.
