Today's post is a review of an amazing spot you must visit behind the Las Vegas strip! Wait, ya mean one can relax on a sandy beach in the desert?! Oh yes, can you believe it? I was shocked and thrilled to find such an oasis just 15 minutes from our new house!
Elia Beach Club at the Virging Hotel just opened in June, and is the newest hot spot you have to visit while in Vegas. A week ago I and my daughter spent an amazing summer day at Elia Beach Club. Unfortunately my hubby was tied up with work and not able to join us. It was an amazing experience and here are;

Mediterranean Style Pool
It doesn't get any better on this side of the world! Get your Meditteranean vibes right here in Vegas. The turquoise waters and massive Palm trees will have your mind swept away to the tropics right quick! An amazing European beach experience awaits you at Elia Beach Club!
An Authentic Sandy Beach
Yes it's true, this pool has a beach with real sand! The sandy shore is located on the same side of the club lounge. The sandy part of the pool is in front of the Cabanas which are rented privatley. However there is plenty to stick your toes in, and take your mind away to a seashore experience.
Mindset of Escape & Good Vibes
Everyone comes to Vegas to escape reality for a bit and have a fun time. Before moving, I visted here 11 times. This was my first time to experience a Beach Club. It truly was the MOST fun I've ever had in Las Vegas!
You will truly enjoy an escape from the stress and worries of everday life at Elia Beach Club. The pool is the perfect temperature, refreshing and ideal situation for beating heat in the desert.
Stylish Pool Side Lounge
Isn't this seating area the cutest? We loved it, so stylish and welcoming. If you need to get out of the pool and take a break from the heat, here is your spot! Relax and enjoy cooler temperatures in this shady oasis.
Don't forget to grab a yummy Pina Colada frosty availabe at the lounge counter. I LOVED this drink, it had a slight spike and didn't have much alcohol. Not a fan of alcohol much. You will enjoy this slushy beverage while kicking back in the pool.
A Luxurious Beach Club Experience
A pool side cabana, tent or umbrella will provide you with unending luxury for your pool day . Elia Beach Club is the newest daylife experience on the strip and super popular. The cabanas go fast!
Also on site is a beautifully designed stage with a thatched roof, providing the focal point for entertainment at the venue.
World Class Entertainment
Here you can enjoy the musical style of DJs and notable guest peformers. My favorite part was the girls performing attached to bendable poles swooping back and forth across the pool. A totally creative show you should not miss!
Dancers also perform in front of the stage. Check out the calendar of events, and reserve your rockin day of fun before spots are all sold out for summer!
A few tips to know before visiting:
- Don't bring an oversized purse or bag, you' ll be sent back to put it away
- Towels are supplied at the pool, so don't bring yours- it's not allowed
- Arrive at 11 am when the club opens, it gets very crowded at 1 or 2 pm
- Take breaks from the sun often, it's very intense and can make you sick fast
- The usual rules apply: not outside drinks or food etc.
